All orders come with track trace.

If assistance is required locating a package after 4 days, send the tracking email to info@olivermmahq.com

Packages are packed every 48 hours from HQ and sent on the courier the very next morning - confirmation emails will be sent to your provided email address.

If you do not select the correct postage amount (i.e. rural) and you have a rural address this will delay sending and you will need to pay additional amount before package is sent.

If you have purchased the wrong size you will need to come into 3 Rankin Ave during business hours to exchange, garment must not be worn, tags must still be attached and in it's wash bag.

Returns are only provided for change in size, we do not provide refunds for changing your mind.

Returns need to be done in person and within 1 week of receiving the item.

Machine wash in cold water, wash separately.

Do not bleach.

Do not iron.

Line or air dry.
